Chelsea Brown, MA, LPC

  • I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and approach therapy through a trauma-focused, integrated, neurodivergent aware, and existential lens. I specialize in working with adults experiencing depressive, anxiety, and adjustment disorders, and enjoy utilizing mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), grounding, acceptance and commitment (ACT), and solution-focused interventions to support my client’s goals. Clients I typically see may come into therapy wanting to process and receive support around stressors related to life transitions (work changes, relationships stress, etc). I also have experience working with clients who have family members who struggle with addiction and codependency concerns.

  • I believe in creating a safe, genuine, and connected space in therapy. Therapy is a tool that facilitates deepening the knowledge of self in order to recognize one’s innate gifts, strengths, and values. With these insights, an individual can work to break free from limiting beliefs and create a life that more closely aligns with their true self.

I offer in-person and Telehealth appointments. Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.

“She is a beautiful piece of broken pottery, put back together by her own hands. And a critical world judges her cracks while missing the beauty of how she made herself whole again.“
