  • I am trained and certified in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I have also completed level one training in Reiki and am currently pursuing level two.

  • What does worry, or happiness, or anger actually feel like in the body? What if we got better at feeling sad? Angry? Hurt? Much of my work centers on EMDR therapy and MBCT. Each of these modalities takes beliefs and feelings and works to adaptively restructure them. I greatly enjoy watching my clients shift from experiences or beliefs that have held them back, caused pain/shame/guilt, or have been traumatic to seeing wonderful new adaptive styles of functioning that open up limitless possibilities for them.
