Kayla Jadin, MSE, LPC

  • I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. I specialize in working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and issues related to transitional periods. I meet the needs and goals of my clients by utilizing a blend of Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a person-centered approach. I work best with individuals who are interested in learning more about their mental health and discovering and practicing solutions that provide lasting relief for their symptoms.

  • I view therapy as a resource to use when our minds feel overwhelmed and need recentering. Themes I utilize are empowerment, humor, and connection. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals feel comfortable expressing their authentic self and create the lives they want to live.

  • I primarily work with older teens and young adults. I have a passion for working with those who are navigating their next steps after high school, connecting with and developing their identity or establishing autonomy. I also enjoy helping individuals navigate to the root of their current issues as well as expand their personal development. Additionally, I work with intergenerational trauma and those who want to end unhealthy patterns passed down within their family.

I see clients via Telehealth only. Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.
