Sara Tripalin, MS, LMFT

  • I am a systems therapist with a strong collaborative element to my style of therapy. My focus is always on connecting with my clients and helping them, through our partnership, harness the changes they desire to make. Therapeutic areas of focus for me include trauma with the use of EMDR therapy, grief and life-threatening illness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, couples therapy, and the weaving in of elements such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, personal growth constructs of spirituality, empowerment, and present-based living and tools such as Gottman Interventions and Imago Interventions.

  • I look at therapy as a partnership. My role is most often meeting someone where they are on their journey and goal planning together for how we create the desired changes. I thrive helping people draw awareness to old patterns and beliefs and collaborating to change those for the desired goals.

  • My clients are goal oriented and desire change. They recognize the value of therapy and are willing to invest the energy with me. I typically work with adults in all phase of life categories.

Please contact our office to see if I’m seeing new clients.

“Incredible change happens in your life when you decide to take control of what you do have power over instead of craving control over what you don’t.
