The stressors may feel stacked a mile high, but there’s much we can do to protect our mental health right now.

1. Have a routine: Keep up with daily routines as much as possible, or make new ones. Get up and go to bed at similar times every da
Sleep hygiene is absolutely vital to your physical and mental health. 

Without sleep, our brains don’t get a chance to replenish our neurotransmitter bank account, which can leave us feeling depressed or anxious with nothing to connect it to.
Be kind to your mind. 
Continue to find ways to support your mental health during this pandemic.

▫️Avoid over exposure to information.
▫️Separate what you can and cannot do.
▫️Do what makes you feel safe.
▫️ Talk to a therapist
▫️Get outside in natu
